Screen Printing FAQ

  • We provide three primary screen printing applications:

    • Flat Print – Traditional ink application for clean detail and consistent color.
    • Puff Print – Raised ink finish for added texture and dimensional effect.
    • Combined Puff & Flat Print – Layered application for enhanced depth and visual contrast.

    Each method is selected based on garment type, artwork detail, and the desired finish.

    Minimum order: 24 units.

  • Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 units. This allows us to maintain production efficiency and consistent quality across each run.

  • Production timelines vary based on order size and scheduling. Standard turnaround begins once artwork approval and deposit are received. Exact timelines are confirmed during quoting.

  • Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your production slot. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.

  • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. If your artwork requires adjustments, we offer limited file preparation services to ensure print-ready accuracy.

  • We strive for accurate color alignment using industry-standard ink systems. While slight variation may occur due to fabric type and garment color, we follow defined quality control standards to ensure consistency across the run.

  • Yes. In addition to standard flat printing, we offer puff print and combined puff + flat applications for dimensional finishes

  • Yes. We are structured to support mid-size and high-volume production runs for conferences, multi-campus churches, and expanding trade teams.

  • Production slots are scheduled based on capacity. If your timeline is accelerated, please indicate this in your production request so we can evaluate availability.

  • Digital mockups are provided for approval prior to production. Physical samples may be available upon request for larger runs.

  • All orders move through quality control prior to release. If any concerns arise, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve accordingly.
